At Gargano's we feel that with the ever growing technology in all our products, training is a must. BRP offers 3 levels of training and status. The first level is Technician which requires extensive in house training and testing. Once a tech has reach this status and has worked on BRP products for 4 years then they can qualify for Certified level. This requires hands on diagnostic training at the BRP training facility. After a tech is Certified for 1 year an additional test is required for Master Level.

We are one of only a limited number of dealerships to have on site BRP Certified technicians & the only dealer in CT to have a Master Certified Can-Am, Ski-doo & Sea-doo Technician. Our state of the art diagnostic systems allow us to better pinpoint problem areas. We can diagnose Arctic Cat EFI, Ski-doo SDI, Sea-doo RFI & DI on site.

We are the only dealer in the area to have on site a PWC test tank. This is essential to properly diagnose problem with a PWC drive system, that would otherwise not be detected on a hose.

Fox snowmobile shock rebuilding is done on-site. No having to wait 3 weeks for a shock to be shipped out, rebuilt and shipped back. Bring in your shocks and we can usually turn them around in 3-5 days.
